Ok im a student so I should be getting up 5 minutes before college starts and up till now I might as well of. I've decided that a new morning lifestyle is the only way to go!
Im changing my wake up time from 7am (Okay more like 7:30) to 6am, then a bike ride for about half an hour, a shower and then breakfast; all ready to leave for college at 8am.
Why a change? you might be asking, well i've noticed that my level of "movement" has been falling below my usual level and its starting to show on my fitness

Well I better get going after all I have to be up at 6 :p
